The Palm Coast Flagler County Alumnae Chapter (PCFCAC) is concerned for the Total Woman: Mind, Body and Spirit of our the community members we serve. Within the Physical and Mental Health programmatic thrust, our chapter aligns the sorority's national initiative, TheDeltaCare. This internal wellness campaign was created to promote self-care through physical wellness, emotional wellness and awareness/advocacy. For PCFCAC, this translates into comprehensive health education programming including monthly Health Tips,  sisterly relational events, and support of numerous community events.
