Letitia T. White was a charter member of the Palm Coast Flagler County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.  White was an educator who loved and was dedicated to her profession.  Our chapter is honored to carry on her legacy by continuing to offer scholarships to young African American scholars seeking higher education.
